The MTM Link Driver Application is designed to equip providers and drivers with tools, features, and functions to facilitate their active engagement with MTM. The features of MTM Link Driver include:</p>

  <li>Full integration with MTM Link, MTM’s Routing, Scheduling, and Dispatch (RSD) Solution</li>
  <li>Initial trip summary for the driver</li>
  <li>Number of stops and total miles to be traveled</li>
  <li>Driver confirmation of the list of routes</li>
  <li>Depot out functionality</li>
  <li>Route initiation documentation from the depot address</li>
  <li>Trip status management</li>
  <li>Pick-up Arrive with late pick-up reason report</li>
  <li>Pick-up Perform actions</li>
  <li>Performed Pick-up with passenger signature confirmation</li>
  <li>The passenger did not show for pick-up option</li>
  <li>The passenger canceled the trip at the "door"</li>
  <li>Drop-off Arrive function</li>
  <li>Drop-off Performed action</li>
  <li>Depot In documentation marking the end of the route</li>
  <li>End-of-day trip summary including number of stops, miles, trips performed, canceled trips, member "no-shows," and late reasons tracking</li>
  <li>Digital driver signature for route confirmation</li>
  <li>GPS tracking capability for longitude, latitude, speed, bearing, accuracy, configurable data refresh frequency, and trip audit capability</li>

<p>MTM Link Driver enhances mobile app functionality to assist drivers in managing their routes better and aims to align MTM's business goals with those of providers and independent contractor drivers.</p>
